What DO you know about photoshop?
1. Layers
2. Shading
3. Coloring
4. Warping
5. Cropping/Adding

what layers are for...i have no idea.
1. Dodge Around the pupil
2. Burn Around the outside of the iris
3. Add a new layer
4. On the new layer add any color you wish to the eye and use the smudge tool as needed to look more realistic
5. Add another layer and put some white dots or some kind of shape on the eye, smudge only a LITTLE bit, you want that edge to it still.
6. Go back to the background layer (your image) then use the dodge tool on the whites of the eyes to give them a healthy and bright tool.
7. Lighten and Darken the skin using dodge and Burn tool (use Larger brush for less splotches for larger areas)
